Drop off

1. All items must be tagged according to the Tagging Guidelines.

2. Before you arrive at item drop-off, your clothes must be grouped by size and gender so that you can quickly hang the clothing on the proper racks. This will speed up the process when you drop off your items.

3. Bring the properly prepared items to the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds, Gate 2, at any of the drop-off dates/times. You do not need an appointment, though an appointment is recommended.  Those with appointments will be given priority.  Know the exact count of the number of items you bring to drop off.

4. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for Pocket Change workers to screen clothing for quality and season.

5. You must sign the Pocket Change Kids Consignment Sale Consignor agreement.

Pick Up

The pickup date for unsold items is specified on the schedule.

You must pickup your items at this time or make arrangements with a friend or relative to pick them up if you cannot come.  Please send a note if you have arranged for another person to pick up your items.

Your clothes will be grouped together for pick-up. Give yourself enough time to look through your clothes and other items before exiting the sale.

Please know your consignor number before you arrive at pick-up.

Any items left after 2pm on pick up day will be donated to charity.  No exceptions.
